Matt and Shelby did a great job of interacting with us on the phone and at the counter. Not sure if the medicine is going to work out. We gave him the meds and he picked at it. Leaving most of it unfinished. But the customer service was on point. They even gave us the refrigerated one in some ice so we could get some dinner. Thank you!
I’m very thankful for this pharmacy. My dog was recently diagnosed hypothyroidism, and had a severe allergic reaction to the dye in the traditional medication. It costs a lot more having to have it compounded, but he feels so much better now that his hormone levels are normal, and he’s no longer covered in hives. I’d definitely recommend this pharmacy for anyone in need of compounding medication.
This was my first time using a compounding pharmacy, and it’s truly worth noting how exceptional my experience with NW Compounders was. Their customer service is outstanding, something that is hard to find or even expect within the medical system anymore. My medication was not only more affordable than what I’ve been paying elsewhere, it was delivered to my house in half the time to took my previous provider to fill and ship out. Great compounders. I have been getting insulin for my kitty from them for a couple of years now. They're always very friendly and accommodating, and my refills always get done quickly. They offer delivery as well, which is very convenient when I can't make the drive out there from Gresham. I definitely highly recommend to others!
